Chuck Riordan has more than 17 years experience in IT Security Management, IT Service Management, IT Governance, IT Control Processes, Information Systems Auditing, as well as PCI-DSS Compliance assessments and remediation activities, and audits including SSAE 16- SAS70, SOX for IT, FFIEC, Internal Audits, ISO 27002.

Abstract

In the presentation, Check Point will provide a methodology for delivering a "Network Security & Risk" (NSR) Assessment. The whole idea with this approach to assessing your client's security protections (controls) is to promote a "risk-based" approach to:

Identifying the potential exposure to their organization,
Map this exposure to the applicable regulatory environment,
Allow the client to "pick-n-choose" which controls to implement based on the assigned risk and budget.
